At the recent EAG Amusement Expo in London, Apple Industries displayed several of its different photobooths in the Brent Sales/Namco Europe display stand. Brent Sales/Namco Europe is Apple's newest coin-op distributor in Europe. Besides the complete sales team of Brent/Namco, Allen Weisberg, Apple's President, and Neal Rosenberg, Apple's Director of Operations, were on hand to give factory assistance.

Being newly introduced through distribution in Europe, Apple's photo booths were a big hit at the EAG Expo. According to Weisberg, Apple's new Magazine Me photobooth created the most "buzz" on the show floor. "It really is interesting to see how people will line up to have their photo appear on a magazine cover," explains Weisberg. "They receive a 6 x 8 photo of themselves on a magazine cover of their choice. It's a fantastic souvenir and something the customer will remember forever."

Because of its large size print format, Magazine Me is able to command a higher vend price. The profit margin for the operator is one of the highest in the amusement industry because of its low consumable cost. New magazine covers are continually being added to always keep the photo booth fresh. Magazine Me has a eye-catching cabinet and is perfectly positioned for high traffic areas like malls, shopping centers and family entertainment areas.
