Macao Gaming Show 2015 Confirms Boom & Fire Zone
The Macao Gaming Show 2015 confirms the arrival of an innovative new area, the Boom & Fire Zone, at this year’s exhibition. With just over 30 days to go before the doors open to the Asian gaming industry’s primary expo, the innovative pavilion will represent the drive for diversification both on the MGS showfloor and in Macau's economic mix.
The Boom & Fire Zone will be a unique new area hosting a broad range of international companies attending MGS for the first time to showcase ancillary products in individual and inspiring ways.
The range of innovations are drawn from the support service industries and complimentary entertainment genres: with offerings as diverse as a full size kitchen replica from Arclinea; a giant simulator from Red Bull; or the implosive sound from 'the best speakers in the world' from high-end audio visual specialists Square Wave.
The Boom & Fire Zone forms part of the medium term policy to widen the remit of the Macao Gaming Show into a one-stop shop serving the gaming, entertainment and leisure industries. As such, MGS will feature a more diverse base of products and services than previous editions - and novelty will also be on the schedule. Reflecting this creative thinking at the show this year will be environmentally aware companies showcasing eco-friendly fire and vertical gardens and innovative Chinese brands showcasing horn products.
Unveiling the exciting new area at this year’s exhibition, Fatima Nunes, Secretary General of MGEMA, owners of the Macao Gaming Show, said: “The idea for the Boom & Fire Zone is to use the wide-ranging reach of MGS to really bring the WOW factor to gaming exhibitions, and where better to do that than at the Asian gaming industry’s primary exhibition?
“We’re extremely excited about bringing such an original idea to the show this year which embodies our aim of diversity - the gaming sector pulls from a vast array of innovations and the demands of its customers have made the sector one of the most creative in its application of fresh ideas. Some of the leading international companies who have already signed up for The Boom & Fire Zone in Booth T24 at MGS are: creative, Italian kitchen supplier, Arclinea; maintenance free vertical garden suppliers, Benetti MOSS; environmentally friendly, smokeless fire providers, Planika Fires; creators of the highest-selling energy drink in the world, Red Bull; and leading acoustic engineering suppliers Square Wave.

Macao Gaming Show (MGS) is organised by the Macau Gaming Equipment Manufacturers Association (MGEMA), co-organised by the General Association of Administrators and Promoters for Macau Gaming Industry, Associação de Mediadores de Jogos e Entretenimento de Macau, Macau Jockey Club, MACAUSLOT, and Macau Yat Yuen Canidrome. MGS is the first large scale gaming and entertainment exhibition organised and run by Macao organisations. MGS will have a floor area of over 10,000 m2. Exhibitors and buyers eyeing the Asian market will be coming from all corners of the world. The event will cover six gaming industry segments: Gaming Equipment and Accessories, Gaming Promoters (Junkets) and VIP Clubs, Casino Fixtures and Fittings, Promotional Services and Memorabilia, Food and Beverage, Entertainment and Performance.
