IAAPA Institute for Attraction Leaders 2016

IAAPA EMEA introduces from 29 May until 3 June 2016 a new educational program for attractions and leisure industry leaders. In cooperation with NHTV and Efteling IAAPA offers attractions leaders the opportunity to gain more exposure and experience in new leadership styles in an intensive five day course.

The IAAPA Attractions Leaders program will focus on the key leadership qualities needed to take your attraction to the next level in customer service and developing an immersive attractions environment. This program includes integrated instruction, daily keynote speakers, and interactive class room work, course book and the ability to connect and work through various leadership styles.

The program has been designed to improve your leadership skills as a tool to optimize the guest experience at your facility. The program will feature integrated instruction, daily keynote speakers, and interactive class work designed to foster the development of individual leadership styles. The unique learning environment will allow attendees to interact with each other and to continue to build a network within the leisure industry. Program topics include inspirational leadership, effective team coaching, introduction in the principles of storytelling, models reflecting how engaging experiences take place, developments in consumer leisure behaviour, cross-over innovation thinking and more.

This unique gathering from our industry leaders is IAAPA’s aim to really set the bar high for a bright and strong future for the European leisure industry with the strongest and most skilled leaders and professionals.The course is for those employees who have 5 or more years of experience and are ready for the next step in leadership in your organization.
