Timezone Indonesia has been awarded the International Good Company Award under the category of Best Entertainment & Service Excellence. The prestigious recognition award is presented by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Republic Indonesia and Coordinating Ministry of People's Welfare of Republic Indonesia.

The Awards Dinner held at the Sultan Hotel on February 18, 2011 was attended by significant business leaders from banking and financial institutions, telecommunications, hotel and leisure resorts, cosmetics and fashion, broadcasting, transportation, manufacturing, including other 'Top Brand' companies such as BCA Bank, Media Indonesia, TVRI Television, Gresek Cement, Metro News, AIG Insurance.

Mr. David Dale, President Director & CEO of Timezone Indonesia accepted the award from Ir. Agus Muharom MSP, Deputy Minister Human Development of Republic Indonesia on behalf of Timezone team with more than 1000 employees working in the 109 centers and satellite stores throughout Indonesia. In accepting the award David shared the history of Timezone brand in Indonesia since the opening of the first Timezone center in Legian Plasa Bali in 1995 and of current plans to further grow the brand through rapid expansion in Tier 2 cities thereby providing increased career opportunities for existing employees and employment prospects to new employees in non traditional geographic areas of the world's largest archipelago.
