Battle Gear 4 Tuned 2010 is a racing game as part of the Battle Gear 4 series. It features a newly redesigned cabinet compared to other games in the series. The cabinet is the same as was used in Taito's D1GP game, and features a 32" LCD screen.

This version includes the largest amount of tracks yet, with 24 courses to race on. This is double the amount of tracks which were present in Battle Gear 4 Tuned/Tuned Pro versions. Players can choose from a total of 52 vehicles from 12 different manufacturers.

To appeal to export markets, this is the first game in the Battle Gear series to feature a left hand drive design - with the shift lever on the right hand side of the cabinet. The traditional setup with shift lever on left hand side is also available with custom orders.
