Based on the tv show on the same name, and features all 7 incarnations the doctor at the time of release. With each ball the player can select an area of the playfield (doctors 1 to 7) for increased scoring potential.

Other features including 3 levels of the time expander, the last of which contains the multi-ball bonus, or completing the word "W-H-O" before the time runs out.
