A game themed off the cult Japanese manga anime "The Fist of the North Star". The machine consists of a number a pads which must be hit at the correct time to score points and defeat the enemy.

The main character from Fist of the North Star, Kenshiro, is the main character used throughout the game. Kenshiro's ally Rei, as well Kenshiro's brother Raoh are the other playable characters.

At the start of the game, the player must choose a path. Each path has a different story arc including different sets of opponents, which also serves as a difficulty setting.
