A fire themed pinball where the player is trying to save victims of a fire and get them to safety. The game features plunger skill shots, and multi-ball bonuses. To get the multi-ball bonus the player must hit a set of 3 banked targets, which will allow access to the 2nd floor to lock a ball in.

With 2 balls locked in the player must then shoot for "raise hook & ladder ramp" to start the multi-ball. The multi-ball unleashes a five alarm fire which spreads to the entire town, put out all fire with the multi-ball to get the 1 million point jackpot.
