The Mirai Dagakki Future Tom Tom arcade machine is a rhythm and music game played by following the beat with well-timed strikes and by posing as instructed on-screen.
This two player machine can be played with friends, family or as a couple. The game implements two parts to the game play. The first requires players use the drum sticks to deliver well-timed strikes as the notes descend from the top of the screen to their corresponding tom tom; the second requires them to pose as instructed on screen, majking sure the poses over lap.
This version has introduced new kinds of notes for more exciting and varied game play, including:
- Heat Up Notes which can double the points you will earn for each one you successfully match.
- Roll Notes which will show the players a number and that is how many times the player must hit the corresponding tom tom, before the time on the note runs out.
- Star Notes include Trigger and Bonus Star. Trigger Stars give players a Lucky Chance, or, if you time your strikes well enough, you can getm more high-scoring Bonus Star Notes.
There are four modes of game play, which include: Single - allows one player to control all four tom toms; Versus - verse your friends or family in head-to-head musical combat; Co-op - work together as a team to win big; Couple - play as a couple, your tom toms will mix together, requiring one to stand behind the other, like they are about to give them a big hug, a really fun idea for a date night!
There is also three levels of difficulty as well, including Basic, Super and Ultra. This means the game is suitable for players of any skill level. It is fun for everyone!
