This pinball features characters from the Pac-Man video game series. The playfield features Mr and Mrs Pac-Man, the ghosts and a digital Pac-Maze. Players can earn extra Pac-Man by hitting the targets behind the drop targets.

To play the Pac-Maze the player needs to accumulate at least 6 moves. The player can also gain aggressive Pac-Man to give him an edge. When the Pac-Maze starts the playfield will darken and a countdown begins. To control Pac-Man in the PacMaze the left flipper, controls direction, and the right flipper controls movement.
