A game where a player operates a flying bicycle. The player does this by sitting on a exercise bike and pedaling to keep him/herself afloat and steering with the handle bars.

The players main objective is to burst balloons by running into them. The player must burst all the balloons within the time limit. There are two different game modes - Time Attack and Story Mode. In Time Attack you aim for the maximum score on a single stage. You are rated based on how many balloons you pop, and score extra points for time remaining. In Story Mode you travel through three different stages. You receive less time in Story Mode, and must pop a certain amount of balloons to proceed to the next level.
