EA Sports PGA Tour Golf delivers a fully immersive, dynamic golf experience. There are four types of golf competition, and the game features life-like rendering and realistic sounds on the course, such as flowing water, chirping birds and the wind. Actual golf announcers let players know when they've done well or blown a shot. Watch the player's reactions as the crowds cheer them on.
The courses include The Prince Course at Princeville Resort, The Royal Birkdale Golf Club, Pebble Beach Golf Links, Spyglass Hill Golf Course, TPC at Sawgrass and two custom fantasy courses. The professional tour players featured in the game include Vijay Singh, Jesper Parnevik, Notah Begay III, Colin Montgomerie, Steve Stricker, Stewart Cink, Stuart Appleby, Brad Faxon, Justin Leonard, and Mark Calcavecchia.
Other features of the game include top and back spin shots, shot shaping, club selection, plus tournament and non-tournament connected games.
