The Quiz Show by Sega/Hitmaker is a bingo style quiz game, for the Naomi platform where up to four people can play simultaneously. The game features the stereotypical afternoon television quiz show format, where there is a male host, an attractive female assistant, an audience and some contestants. There are a number of different genres of questions, which are selected randomly with the spin of the roulette. Once a genre is determined, a question of that nature appears in the monitor. All of the players have the opportunity to answer every question. Players earn bingo points when they answer correctly, and where relevant, the quickest player to answer correctly can earn the right to spin the roulette. When a player has earned enough bingo points, an option appears for them to compete in 'the reach', which is a special challenge question. If this answer is correct, the player wins the bingo.
