ATEI will be moving back to the ground floor of Earls Court in 2010, show organisers Clarion Gaming have confirmed. ATEI 2010 will take place in the right-hand side of Earls Court 1 with the soft gaming, remote gaming, lotteries and betting components of the International Gaming Expo occupying the left and central areas of Earls Court 1 and the whole of Earls Court 2.
Earlier this month Clarion Gaming opened up discussion surrounding the venue for the 2010 show and outlined two possible options - to hold the event with the same layout as 2009, taking place on level two of Earls Court One, or to move the event to the lower floor. Clarion has been consulting with its stakeholders for a sustained period, with many voicing their desire for a return to the ground floor layout in preference to remaining on Level 2 of Earls Court 1.
Show Director Emma Green commented: "The ATEI brand has benefited from millions of pounds of investment across seven decades and we are determined to continue building on its global success by listening to our stakeholders and responding to their requests. A return to one level and a standalone show at Olympia are both propositions that have been put to us and I am delighted to now be in a position to offer both options. We will carry on exploring further opportunities to make ATEI the first choice coin-op amusements show for the UK, Europe and the world."
