If the Professional and Amateur Pinball Association’s recent world championships taught us anything, it’s that pinball knows no age limit.

Jordan Tredaway, a 16-year-old from Australia, won the division B world championship at PAPA 20, held in the United States between April 5-9.

Tredaway wasn’t the only teen to do well at PAPA 20.

Escher Lefkoff, a 13-year-old pinball prodigy hailing from Colorado, won the Division A title (plus US$7000 in prize money).

An 8 year old took out Division D.

Ina report by Australian arcade blogger, Ausretrogamer, on Tredaway’s win, it said the teen from Melbourne showed “poise and maturity beyond his years” and that he beat “veterans double and even triple his age from across the globe in the world’s most prestigious pinball championship”.
