Avranches Automatique SA to distribute Sega Products in France

Sega Amusements Europe Ltd have announced that Avranches Automatique and the EXA Group will begin distributing Sega coin op products in France, following an agreement recently reached by the two companies.Until recently Sega Amusements Europe had been working exclusively with Kunick Group SA, based in Besançon, France. However due to recent announcements by Kunick PLC over the potential sale or closure of Kunick Group SA, Sega Amusements Europe felt it was the right time to start working with another distributor in France.
"Avranches and the EXA group have been long regarded as one the most important distribution companies in France and we look forward to working together with them. Although the French market has had its difficulties, we know that Sega products are the winners that are needed by the operators in order to achieve their much needed return on investment", commented Paul Williams – Sales Director of Sega Amusements Europe Ltd.
The distribution agreement takes place with immediate effect, with shipments of Confidential Mission, Wild Riders, Air Trix, Club Kart, Virtua Striker 3 and Virtua Golf all starting now and over the next two months.
