Recent changes in the market place, digital music continuing to replace CDs. Has caused a shift in the distribution network of NSM parts and service in Australia. Musicola the NSM distributor has ceased service, repairs and spare parts for NSM.

George Campbell head of Musicola stated "It is with deep regret that I have to advise we cannot continue with the service, repair and spare parts for the NSM CD Jukeboxes, as without sales of CD products it is not viable to do so. Fortunately an arrangement has been made with Vertek Systems Pty Ltd. Who are able to share the Technical Overheads with their other activities to carry on the service, repairs and spare parts supply for NSM Jukeboxes."

Musicola will however continue to operate it's Exchange POOL for faulty modules and continue to trade in used CD machines as available and lists of Used machines will be circulated periodically. Normal warranties can and will be continued.
