Convoy Rolls into Town

Convoy is the latest juggernaut-themed prize game pulling up at the Brent Sales/Namco Europe filling station, following what the company is describing as a 'sensational' truck stop tour across the United States.

The Taito game invites players to try and stop the wheel in the right place to win a prize. Tapping the brake button will result in a gradual slowing down of the wheel whilst holding it brings the rig to a sudden halt.

Up to three attempts per game are available with six prize arms capable of parading a wide range of merchandise.

Brent/Namco Product Manager, John Brennan said, "The level of control offered to the player by Convoy is unique amongst prize vending products: the trucker's wheel can be halted either by way of an emergency stop (with one definite prolonged push of the brake) or by using a controlled braking method (multiple gentle operations of the brake)."
