Square Enix will host the
Dissidia Final Fantasy Closed Conference 2015, which was first mentioned during the arcade game’s initial announcement, on April 10 at The Garden Hall in Ebisu’s The Garden Place.
The event will be exclusively attended by 150 guests and will be broken up into two parts. During the first part of the event, Square Enix will unveil the arcade cabinet and screen the game’s latest trailer to the 'premium invites' only. During the second part, the company will share more details via a fan talk session and give consumers their first demonstration.
The company is inviting 150 people to attend the Close Conference. 50 people will be selected as premium invites to attend both parts of the event, while 100 will be selected to attend only the second part.
The arcade version of Final Fantasy will become part of one of the biggest and most popular gaming franchises in the world. Fans are, understandably, quite excited about the concept of an arcade version release and it will be interesting to see whether or not this game will make it out West. It would be possible to send the game to the Western market considering the huge fanbase the franchise has in those countries.
