The GTI Asia Taipei Expo, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary of the show this year, will open today at 10 o'clock at Taiwan's Taipei World Trade Center. The GTI Expo is a yearly export-oriented trade show which aims to create a space in which industry professionals can meet, greet, buy, sell and form partnerships.
The opening ceremony will include a number of VIP guests, including the Deputy Director General, Cynthia Kiang of the Bureau of Foreign Trade; the Department of Commerce Director, You Rui-De; the Chairman of the Taiwan Arcade Industry Association, Yang Wen-Te; President Yeh Zhen-Kun of the Entertainment Center Development Association; and First Vice President of the Russian Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (RAAPA), Igor Rodionov.
Also, the Chairman of the Taiwan Amusement Machine Association (TAMA), Ou Che-Wen, and the Chairman of the Taiwan Digital Entertainment Association, Lu Kun-Mou, will deliver a speech on behalf of the organizers thanking all participants for their support and will express their expectations to the industry's developers.
With 76 exhibitors setting the stage, the show has a lot in store for visitors, including a few big names, like Namco Bandai Games, Sega Amusements Taiwan, Hot Games, and GTI Magazine. If you would like to see a full exhibitors list, visit the

Over the course of three days, visitors will be able to sneak a peak at a range of amusement products. Some of these will include Video or Amusement Game Machine's, Kiddie Rides, Carnival Game Machines, Digital Amusement Equipment, 3D/4D/5D and VR products, Hardware, Software, Online and PC Games, New Generation Consoles, Monitor Displays, Wooden/Metal Cabinets, Circuits, Spare Parts, Trade Publications and more!
Every year the show attracts visitors from all across the globe, mixing enthusiasts, buyers, sellers and manufacturers together to promote business and co-operation. The show not only supplies an environment keen on forming partnership and cohesion, but also encourages healthy and constructive competition in research and development among industry members through connection and the sharing of ideas.
