Happ Controls, Inc have announce that effective October 1, 2001, Happ Controls has acquired assets of Midway Amusement Games' coin-operated videogame parts and service business, and assumed its warranty repair operations.

The purchase includes rights to certain tooling, inventory, and accounts receivable as of October 1, 2001. Happ Controls will be moving Midway's coin-operated parts and services assets to its corporate headquarters in Elk Grove, Illinois, and anticipates no interruption in service to customers.
