Konami Files Patent Suit Against Amuseworld

Japanese game software maker Konami Co. has filed a suit against two South Korean companies including Amuseworld in Seoul, for alleged patent infringements, on products such as Ez2Dancer.

Konami claims that a music simulation game machine sold byAmuseworld Corp. and another South Korean company illegally usesKonamis patented technology.

Konami demands a halt to the production and distribution of themachine and 1.2 billion won in compensations and damages.
