Midway Aggressively Cuts Price For Touchmaster Infinity
Midway Games Inc., recently announced an aggressive new price for its touchscreen game, Touchmaster Infinity. Effective from the beginning of this month, the manufacturer's suggested retail price will be significantly reduced from its current level.

"This price reduction will have a positive impact on the overall touchscreen market," said Mark Struhs, Vice President of Sales for Midway. "Our fundamental objective is to dramatically increase the Touchmaster Infinity's install base, which will be crucial for the future deployment of the Midway Tournament Network. The aggressive new price provides the operator with a significant savings today, and a future opportunity to participate in the earnings potential of a national tournament network."

Since its launch in November of 1999, Touchmaster Infinity has established a vast following amongst coin-operated industry professionals. Operator feedback regarding Touchmaster Infinity's earning potential and reliability is overwhelmingly positive.

Dorian Dolph, owner of Dolph Distributing said, "We put Touchmaster Infinity in place of other competitive touchscreens and found it to be a consistently better-earning product." Jim "Indian" Holt, owner of Amusement over Texas, concurs, "Touchmaster Infinity isn't just a good earner, it's a great earner. And not only is it our highest earner, it's a very low-maintenance product as well."

The Touchmaster Infinity design team is currently working on future innovations to enhance their already strong product. "This product is absolutely integral to Midway's long-term business strategy," said Mark Porwit, Director of Marketing for Midway. "Every game unit comes equipped with a 56K modem. This modem will provide all Touchmaster Infinity operators with the ability to connect to the Midway Tournament Network."

"We're really pleased to provide the operator with one of the highest earning touchscreens at such an affordable price," summarized Struhs. "Between this price offer, the strong earnings Touchmaster Infinity generates and the long-term benefits of networking games, Midway is providing the operator with a superior return on his investment."

The new price will be effective December 1, 2000. Touchmaster Infinity is available from authorized Midway distributors.
