Account Information

Another outstanding Internet service unveiled allows Sega's Distributors access to their account information.  Password protected and accessible through a secret web-site, distributors can obtain up to the minute information regarding their current aging, open orders, current shipments, total shipments, available credit lines and a variety of other extremely useful data.

Internet Based Services

Company executives wowed the audience with impressive Internet based services including online parts ordering, online account information, and online promotional materials.

Online Parts Ordering gives distributors the ability to order parts over the Internet virtually eliminating the need to phone or fax orders in.  With pictures of over 500 of the most commonly used parts, customers can be sure they'll be getting exactly what they ordered.  Once the order is placed, customers can specify their preferred shipping method.  They will be issued a tracking number immediately.  Clicking on the tracking number will link them directly to the carriers web-site, (i.e. UPS, Fed-Ex etc.) where they can see exactly when the part was shipped, when it was delivered, and who signed for it.

Pictured above is an example of the kind of parts picture displayed on the online parts ordering web-site.  Whenever possible, a scale will be displayed further ensuring a customer will get exactly what they've

ordered.
