Reflex Gaming to unveil four new products at Preview 2008

Reflex Gaming will unveil four new B3 products for UK licensed betting offices (LBOs) at this year's Preview show. Three of the new products are video offerings, and include Multi-Stake Poker, Coronation Street and Thunderbirds. The fourth product, High Stakes, is a reel-based game in a traditional reel based cabinet.The games are designed to offer variety to players who will mostly find new B3 products as part of a compendium of games downloaded to existing FOBT terminals, following the introduction of the new UK Gaming Act this month.
"Most of the larger retailers have already signed exclusive deals for the supply of B3 games to their existing FOBT cabinets," says Reflex Managing Director Quentin Stott. "We believe that given the pre-eminent popularity of roulette on most FOBTs and the familiarity of this product with players, B3 games could easily be overlooked."
"We have had our four B3 games on site test since the introduction of the new law and have found that they have performed extremely well. Since traditional AWPs have been largely removed from LBOs – our games seem to fill the gap and with the £1 stake and maximum £500 win, are proving understandably popular with players."
One of the key differences between these new B3 games and others on the market is that they will all be ticket payout only, which will give LBOs added security as the payout of wins will be done over the counter.
"As far as I am aware, we are the only manufacturer to have come up with the concept of a B3 machine with ticket payout. The feedback we are receiving from the independent LBOs where we have sited the new machines is that they are practical, attractive to the player and different" adds Stott.
