Sega Race TV at London Preview show

Sega have revealed more details about their upcoming driving title Sega Race TV. Sega Race TV will be showcased for the first time outside of Japan at the upcoming London Preview show, and looks set to headline the Sega Amusements Europe stand.

Sega Race TV has a distinctly American theme, and allows for up to four players to race together across five different courses. The game also features famous licensed cars, including hot rods, muscle cars, exotic cars and sports cars.

A note worthy feature of Sega Race TV's cabinet is the boost button located beneath the gear shift. In game, players collect boosts which fill the boost gauge, and when the boost button is pressed, the car accelerates at a tremendous speed. Another feature of the game is the real time commentary from Mike and Jake Patterson, two American heavyweights of sport.

Sega's Justin Burke said this of the game, "Sega Race T.V is a huge "over the top" driving title that is destined for a place in the annals of arcade folklore, delivering pizzazz and a bit of funk into the marketplace."
