Valley-Dynamo under new ownership

As of May 8, 2009, substantially all operating assets of Valley-Dynamo, LLC were acquired by a limited partnership controlled by Kelye Stites, owner of Champion Shuffleboard Ltd. Included in the sale are all coin-operated and consumer products under the Valley, Dynamo and Tornado brands.

"Valley pool tables, Dynamo pool and air hockey tables and Tornado foosball tables are the unquestioned leaders in their categories in both coin-op and consumer markets," said Stites. "I am delighted to have the chance to offer these quality products to Valley-Dynamo customers and to continue to operate the company independently."

The company intends to continue to operate under the Valley-Dynamo name. The company's current headquarters and distribution center in Dallas/Fort Worth will remain open on an interim basis until a new location is identified.
