Intergame Buys AB Europe Magazine
InterGame Limited and Centaur Communications have announced that InterGame has agreed to acquire the magazine AB Europe from Centaur for an undisclosed amount.
"Following a strategic review of its business activities, Centaur Publishing has decided to withdraw from the coin operated amusements sector, and consequently has agreed to sell its monthly title AB Europe to InterGame Ltd" said Robin Coates, publishing director
for Centaur.
"InterGame Ltd. will begin publishing AB Europe following the September issue". InterGame Managing Director Christine Butterworth said, "We are delighted to have the opportunity to publish AB Europe which will continue to address mainstream European issues while InterGame maintains its focus on the global market. AB Europe will be combined
with Coin Op UK and will continue to be published monthly."
Earlier in the year we saw World Fair Publications exit with their Coin Slot title going to the ATEI/BACTA group and Euroslot and its Park and Casino Sister publications going to Data Team.
