Devecka Announces Potential Buyout
Devecka Enterprises has announced that it has entered into discussions with several leading game manufacturers regarding the sale of Devecka Enterprises' product line and worldwide patent rights for its musical instrument based games.
"Devecka has identified its core competency as being a leading-edge game developer" states Devecka. "Our company has successfully created a new game format and established MTV Drumscape Deluxe as a leading top 5 earning attraction. Our alliance with MTV and the use of the MTV brand name in coin-op has proved to be very successful. MTV is a magnet for kids and young adults".
To meet operator price points, Devecka also recently created a new Upright version, MTV Drumscape 2, that has been earning very well. "Also, our MTV, Drum Challenge Redemption game has also received significant interest from operators. Our new music based redemption game format that has more entertainment value than the typical coin drop redemption game." Devecka states.
"Unknown to the public, the Devecka team has been busy designing a full line of musical instrument based redemption games based on its patents. Devecka believes that its musical based redemption games offer a novel line of low cost games to operators. "Musical instrument redemption games are novel, fun, inexpensive,and different. They stand out in a line up of games."

"Since 1996 Devecka has established extensive world-wide intellectual property rightsand patents covering our musical-instrument based games. Our European and Japanese patents relating to musical-instrument based game technology are expected to be issue in the next several months. In addition,
we recently received our third US Patent, #6,268,557 for our musical instrument based games.
