Virtua Tennis II For Release in October
Sega Japan is set to release Virtua Tennis II on the naomi GD rom system next month for distribution around the world with the game being sold in many different formats.
Virtua Tennis has been a long term earner for arcade operators and still tops the most wanted charts for Naomi based based. In Virtua Tennis II, the system moves to the GD rom system offering improvements in graphics and sound and offers female and male players including Tommy Haas, Pat Rafter, Lindsay Davenport, and the Williams sisters.
The game will be sold as full dedicated, full kit, GD rom kit or software only and Sega must be complimented in offering this range of options. For people who have Sports Jam GD rom systems, it will be as easy as buying the software only and change the CD and cartridge.
