Paul Howarth Joins Extreme Gaming As Commercial Manager
The Maygay Group has further strengthened its ongoing commitment to brand development with the appointment of Paul Howarth as Commercial Manager at Lancashire based games design subsidiary, Extreme Gaming.
Paul has many years of industry experience, gained within a market-leading environment, and is delighted to be once again teaming up with former colleagues Andrew Todd and Robin Brookes, now Directors of Extreme Gaming. His role, which commences on October 1st, is sales and customer liaison within the core UK market.
For the past five years, Paul has been working at Westmatic in Switzerland. This role has covered all aspects of the business mix, including both commercial management and games design. He has been particularly successful in developing a number of key export territories, amongst which are the Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy and Poland.
Maygay's Group Managing Director, Neil Chinn, believes that this latest signing will prove to be highly significant:
"Now that the team within Extreme has become technically and administratively bedded down within the Group, it is important that we provide a proven and credible person to front the sales effort. Paul has vast experience, gained within a winning team, and we are delighted that he has decided to come home to us. He is well known and has an excellent track record. The fact that he also brings an extra breadth of expertise into the Group is a huge bonus, and we look forward to seeing where this will lead us all."
