INSKOR Entertainment Encourages Players to Beat-Up Their Boss!!

INSKOR Entertainment Limited has selected the London Preview 2002, to début the production prototype of their first video amusement release. The comical skills based punching game, called REVENGE! making its first appearance on the Brent Sales booth at the event.

REVENGE! marks the commencement of software and hardware production from INSKOR Entertainment, that will see games released on a regular basis from the emerging European company. This first product is a unique physical skills game, which has been designed to appeal to a wide audience. The game allows players to select from eight different humorous cartoon representations of "the people you love to hate!" A comical rouges' gallery of those individuals that get under your skin in daily life; ranging from the Bank Manager, Noisy Neighbour, Gym Teacher and even the Boss. The player is shown a comic strip depicting the crimes that the selected character has committed, and the reason for your vengeance.

Having selected the character they wants to challenge, the player commences a pad-hitting skill based game, striking the correct pad on the cabinet, with his hands and knees, corresponding to the icon on the screen. The game rewards skill, speed and successful ‘pounding' will the defeat and humiliation of the opponent on screen. The machine also includes a number of comical bonus levels, and a high score chart to record top scorers. The cabinet has been specially constructed to fit conventional amusement sites, but also be acceptable for application within bars and clubs; offering a unique ‘stress reliever' for the clientele of all styles of facility.

Benoit de Maulmin, Chairman of INSKOR Entertainment Limited, commented on the presentation of the game. "As would be expected we are very proud to be able to show our first game at such a gala event as Preview 2002. The show has become a crucial date in the European calendar for operators and distributors, and REVENGE! is a very important product in the start of INSKOR Entertainment's establishment of its amusement presence. We also understand that the game will prove a little controversial, both in design and playability, and we look forward to the operators reactions."

Chairman de Maulmin added: "We are also very excited by the chance to be exhibiting on the Brent Sales stand at the show. Our two companies have been in discussion regarding the presentation of the game at the show and both this first product and our relationship seem to have come together at the perfect time. We have had a good amount of interest by those who found out early about the games appearance at the event, and we hope to see further activity concerning this first in a series of products."

The game REVENGE! will be available to play, in a Beta version, on Bent Sales Booth 14 at the show. It will be followed by another two titles that are still under wraps, though one of these games will be revealed at next years Amusement Trade Exhibition International (ATEI), based on a highly successful driving title. There are also plans for a number of versions of the REVENGE! experience including new characters for the player to vent their feelings upon.

Preview 2002, is the 22nd show in the events history, bring together the latest in all aspects of coin-operated amusement, as a preview to next years premier European amusement exhibition (ATEI). Held at the Novotel London West hotel, in Hammersmith. The show lasts two days, from Wednesday the 10th, until Thursday the 11th of October 2001.
