nGame Korean's Mobile Deal
nGame recently announced that they have signed a long-term reciprocal distribution agreement with one of South Korea's leading wireless games publishers, Opentown Co. Ltd. Through the deal, nGame will distribute Opentown's wireless games exclusively on a worldwide basis outside of Hong Kong, China, Japan, Taiwan and Korea, whilst Opentown will distribute nGame's wireless content exclusively in Korea and Taiwan, and non-exclusively in Japan, Hong Kong and China. This broadens nGame's total content portfolio to more than 100 titles for WAP, J2ME, Brew, SMS and DiTV platforms.

Over the term of the agreement, Opentown is expected to provide nGame with more than 50 games, including next generation 3G games for J2ME and Brew platforms. These range from simple arcade games to multiplayer quiz games, casino games, role-playing and strategy games.

nGame will also be providing Opentown with their flagship WAP and next generation games for 3G networks, including its worldwide best-selling multi-player titles Alien Fish Exchange, Merchant Princes and Top Gun licensed from Viacom Consumer Products.

Until recently, nGame content was developed in-house, and its games have consistently led the new wireless gaming industry in terms of imagination and technical innovation. Last year, with Merchant Princes, nGame became the first wireless gaming company to be nominated for a prestigious British Academy of Film and Television Arts award. The launch of its developer program is allowing nGame to begin building a high quality content portfolio via external developers. nGame will continue to create titles in-house with a focus on location based and multiplayer persistent games. Opentown joins The Games Kitchen, Scotland, and Wapidu, Spain who recently announced deals with nGame also.

nGame provides developers with the tools to rapidly develop games for the most popular mobile internet and Digital Interactive TV (''DiTV'') devices and distribution through nGame's global channel of operators. Working closely with the Mobile Games Interoperability Forum, nGame provides open network API's to content providers like Opentown and allows them to quickly and easily integrate content developed with or without the nGame content authoring suite (''nGDK'') into nGame's games platform for deployment on the carrier's network. nGame's broad and rapidly growing distribution, covering 8/10 of the major North American operators, and many of the leading operators in Europe and Australia, allows developers to profitably reach the widest possible audience, thus increasing revenues from their titles. For operators, nGame aggregates the most compelling mobile internet and DiTV games, and integrates them quickly and seamlessly into the their portal infrastructure running on the nGame games platform (''CGS/2'').

''This is the most exciting and ambitious content distribution deal we have done yet,'' said nGame Head of Content, Matt Kelland. ''Opentown has a large portfolio of high quality games. After a global search, we are delighted to be partnering with Opentown, who like nGame have a reputation for developing the very best wireless games around. We now have excellent coverage on WAP, SMS, J2ME and BREW and are proud to be distributing these great new titles.''

Alex Green, Vice President of Business Development of nGame Ltd. was equally enthusiastic. ''Not only does this give us a much larger content line-up that we can offer to our carrier partners, but this also opens up new markets for us. Each of us has a strong content offering and excellent distribution, and by combining them we can really build on the success we've already achieved. Partnering closely with Opentown will also help us to build games that are better suited to the Korean and Japanese markets in particular.''

O.H. Kwon, CEO, Opentown Co. Ltd. said: ''We are very happy to be working with nGame. Our partnership with nGame will enable users in Europe, the USA, and elsewhere, to play our most popular games for the first time. It also allows Opentown to introduce users in Korea and elsewhere to nGame's most compelling titles. We also look forward to working together on future projects, so that we can collaborate in developing compelling games for both the Western and Asian markets.
