Sega Europe to release Virtua Athletics
Sega Amusements Europe LTD have announced the release of Virtua Athletics which is to make it's global debut on stand 1030 at London's ATEI in January.
Virtua Athletics is the latest in the successful Sega Sports product line up which previously has included Virtua Striker, Virtua Tennis, Sports Jam and Beach Spikers. Virtua Athletics will be available in the acclaimed Naomi Universal upright cabinet and the new Naomi 39" sit down Megalo cabinet.
Players Select one of 10 Athletes, each with different abilities and strengths, and then compete in 6 different events (100m Dash, Long Jump, Shot Put, High Jump, 110m Hurdles and Javelin) for the highest total score.
