Ham On Rye Expands to VR Performance Theaters

Ham On Rye recently announced the expansion of its VR Performance Theater Management Program, with the full-time acquisition of professional Talent Manager Danny Strohmeyer, and creation of a solid operations team to manage a growing number of theaters in the field.

Mr. Strohmeyer, Director of Theater Management, explains the detailed responsibilities that Ham On Rye assumes when committing to a management contract. "We run all aspects of a theater in the field, including full management of the Performers, responsibility for show quality, technology operations, theater efficiency, maximization of revenues and profits, theater cleanliness and appearance.

According to Susan M. Sprout, Executive Vice President and overseer of Ham On Rye's Management Program, "We have now assumed direct responsibility for our tenth VR Performance Theater at a customer site. This includes all of the units we have sold to Six Flags…they have chosen us to take full responsibility for the management of their attractions, as have the purchasers of some other theaters such as Sportland in Ocean City, MD.

President Randy Sprout, is quick to point out that Ham On Rye's management is not necessary for the highest success of the attraction. "While we offer management support to those qualified customers who desire this level of involvement, many of our customers, such as Paramount Parks, elect to fully operate the theaters themselves. In this case, we provide all our know-how and experience through multiple training sessions and materials, so that our customer takes advantage of our years of successful experience, and combine it with their own unique knowledge of their venue characteristics and guest demographics."
