After months of speculation, ICE has emerged as the new owner of UK manufacturer Cromptons which sees the company continuing to manufacturer pushers under its existing name.
Cromptons and ICE of America, have enjoyed a long relationship together with both representing each others products in the past. The new deal will see Cromptons focusing on what they do best, making pushers under the management of Paul Smith and Gordon Crompton.
Their first show within the new structure will be in Blackpool UK on the 27th and 28th of February.
