Arcade Planet to Build Online Gaming Website for Palace Entertainment

Arcade Planet, Inc., designer and marketer of skill-based games and technology to the Internet and to traditional entertainment markets, today announced that it will build an online games site for Palace Entertainment.

Palace Entertainment owns and operates 20 amusement facilities throughout the country. With over 9,000,000 annual visitors, Palace Entertainment is among the largest operators of amusement parks in the U.S. The new game site at Boomersparks.com will be launched in February 2002.

Under terms of the agreement, Arcade Planet will use its patented technologies to build a web-based game room for Palace Entertainment. This web-based game room will provide an experience similar to what you would find in one of their Family Entertainment Centers. The goal is to extend the fun, excitement and revenue opportunities with the players after they have left the game room. The new Web site will feature free-play and pay-to-play prize redemption games and tournament games where players are guaranteed to win prizes of their choice. Arcade Planet's technology will enable players to redeem their prizes online or pick up their prizes at any of Palace Entertainment's Family Entertainment Centers nationwide.
