Embed Integration launches the Embed Card System
The Embed Card System (ECS) was originally developed as a debit card system for Leisure & Allied Industries' Timezone Amusement Centre chain. The system has evolved to become a total business management and marketing tool offering cashless operation, a customer driven loyalty program, transaction automation, customer tracking and accounting.
Adam Steinberg, CEO of Embed Integration said "that the system had been a proven formula for success, now operating in over 55 Timezone Amusement Arcade Centres in five countries. We have developed, refined, tested and operated the system for more than five years to come up with a truly world class product."
The ECS replaces traditional methods of transaction like coins, tokens and tickets with a sophisticated but simple card. Customers use the card to make all their transactions and this gives the operator, more opportunities to add value to the business, build relationships with customers, control cash and drive revenues.
The ECS opens up new marketing opportunities for an amusement operation by collecting and collating vital customer spend and play information. It provides total control, from the sale of each card through to the prices charged which can be customised by both customer type and time of day. This flexibility gives operators the opportunity to run pricing tiers for standard play, VIP, timed, birthday, corporate hire and others all at the same time. The system also allows operators to up-sell to customers using the "value package" features of the touchscreen point of sale system.
In addition customers prefer a card that slips easily into their wallet rather than a pocket full of tokens or coins. They immediately see the added value of loyalty recognition and the vast array of products and packages that cannot be offered by traditional coin or token operation.
