Battle Bubble is about two mice who must fight against the wrong-doers who kidnapped their girlfriend. Along their path to rescuing her, they encounter various bubbles which they must wipe out.
The game features 32 stages, and basic rules require players to pop all of the bubbles that appear throughout the quest. Throw your bubbles into the bothering bubbles that match in colour to pop and remove them. Protect yourself from the troublesome bubbles by blocking them with your bubbles. Collision with the bubbles deteriorates the player's health.
In couple play mode, the game could be easier or harder according to the harmony between the two players.
