Golden Tee Golf II is the second game in the series to come out after Golden Tee Golf. It is a four player, golf arcade game series by Incredible Technologies and released by Strata. The series started with the release of the original Golden Tee Golf in 1989. During it's release the game was available in Upright, Cocktail and Counter top models.
One of defining characteristics of the series is its use of a trackball to simulate a golf swing. Since the advent of the series, many sequels have been released adding various new features such as online multiplayer. The series has been considerably popular and tournaments of the game have been organized on a regular basis.
