Hit the Beat is a kiddies rhythm, sword-fighting arcade machine from Andamiro in which players face a CPU-controlled, fruit-hurling octopus creature, and players must stop the fruit from hitting them by cutting it up with their sword.
The slash of the sword is controlled by the player hitting the soft and safe drumstick on the lit drum in time. The game last for the length of two songs and a score will be given at the end - the more fruit you slash in those two songs, the more points you will earn!
Just press the Center button to start, select a character and song, then hit the drum or ghost (as indicated by the game) and stop the fruit from hitting you! With different characters and songs to choose from kids will get hours of fun from this machine.
