Elo TouchSystems announced it will be launching its new gaming and amusement-oriented products at ATEI/ICE 2005 including new 17" rear-mount touchmonitors, a 30" touchmonitor for big screen impact, pioneering super flat profile (SFP) surface wave touchscreens, the recently launched 1525L touchcomputer, and capacitive touchmonitors. Innovative products extending Elo's touch technology can also be seen for the first time in Europe, such as Elo's Media Table.

Elo will also be displaying its complete line of open-frame LCD and iTouch touch-on-tube gaming touchmonitors from 12" through 21", as well as touchmonitors for non-gaming applications throughout the casino. These include the award-winning 1229L 12" multifunction LCD offering MSR, biometric fingerprint recognition, and rear-facing customer display options, as well as touchmonitors for player management, cashier cages, loyalty kiosks and even bingo.

New Wide Viewing Angle 1749L 17" LCD Chassis Touchmonitor Offers Smaller Outside Dimensions
Elo's new 1749L 17" LCD gaming touchmonitor features a large, brilliant display with a wide viewing angle of 1700 x 1700 to grab the attention of users. The 1749L comes with DVI-I and analog video inputs and all-glass IntelliTouch surface wave technology. It features significantly smaller outer dimensions, includes a minibezel with virtually invisible watertight sealing, and worldwide agency approvals. A new sister product, the 1746L, has a lower spec panel but the same form factor. Other models in the series range from 12" to 19".

Elo Unveils New 1525L All-in-One Touchcomputer
Elo announces the new 1525L 15" LCD, silent, fanless all-in-one touchcomputer. The space-saving 1525L touchcomputer combines a touchmonitor with a computer all in the space of a touchmonitor. The 1525L touchcomputer includes a choice of Elo's industry-leading IntelliTouch surface-wave or AccuTouch five-wire resistive touch technologies. Integrated options include a three-track Magnetic Stripe Reader (MSR) and a rear-facing customer display. The Microsoft Windows 2000 and XP versions of the 1525L touchcomputer include a hard drive; the Windows CE .NET version has solid-state components without moving parts. Applications for the new all-in-one touchcomputer include loyalty systems, kiosk information systems, casino management, cash systems, bingo, and Internet access points such as those for Web surfing and hotel reservations.

Super Flat Profile Touchscreens
On show at ATEI is a new range of Super Flat Profile (SFP) touchscreens that extend the company's proven IntelliTouch pure glass surface wave touch technology. Elo was the first in the world to introduce pure glass touchscreen technology for superior optics, reliability, stability and light transmission, and now Elo takes another step forward with patented grating technology. The new IntelliTouch SFP touchscreens have the sensing transducers mounted on the back of the glass, making integration much easier. Elo's IntelliTouch SFP touchscreens use the company's patented grating technology to achieve distinct advantages; a true flat front surface that smoothes out the bumps of integration, narrower borders around the active touch-sensitive area and a new flat cabling system. All help enable the touchscreen to fit into tighter form factors than before.
