ENADA Rome anticipation builds

Enada Rome 11th - 14th October 2007
There is an atmosphere of great expectation among the companies that will be exhibiting at the 35th ENADA Rome International Amusement and Gaming Machine Show. The exhibition, held from 11th to 14th October 2007, will be the first to be staged in Rome's new leading edge expo centre, with organisers adamant that the venue itself ensures a commercial advantage.

Gabriella Zoni, project manager of ENADA Rome, says, "We realized this at Rimini Fiera too, when the inauguration of the new expo centre, held in 2001, immediately resulted in a rise in exhibitors and visitors at all the trade fairs. This phenomenon is now occurring for ENADA Rome, thanks to the new expo centre, to the point that we have had to occupy a third hall, over and above the two foreseen and already sold."

Norditalia Ricambi, a company trading in products that range from touch-screen video games, to billiard and table soccer tables, has been an ENADA Rome exhibitor for 22 years, and were very optimistic about the event. "This year we shall present the new V12 upgrade for Silverball terminals, with ten fantastic games," explained a company spokesman. "There will also be the new Professional wenge soccer, designed for more demanding clients: its wenge laminate finish and aluminium trim, as well as its stylish lines and sturdiness, make it one of the top products in the Longoni range. Not to mention the New Tornado pool, with its innovative covering, and Air hockey baby, specifically designed for use by kiddies. All this just goes to show how, for us, ENADA Rome is an expo at which it is always important to participate."

Technoplay will also be exhibiting at the expo, with Mauro Zaccaria adding: "For Technoplay the most exciting new product at ENADA 2007 will be Outrun Superdeluxe, manufactured by Sega. Then there will be all the rest of the range of Sega products, Stern Pinball machines, redemption games and, obviously, the entire range of Newslot2 products."

"The AWP market will propose some improvements regarding above all cabinets' technical reliability," continues Zaccaria, "and small developments in the software, adapted to meet Italian players' tastes. The amusement market is still heading towards large cabinets able to ensure physical emotions as well as games: cabinets that move, buttons for players to press with their hands and feet, increasingly particular game interfaces simulating everything. A new market is that of the redemption games, family entertainment that leads our arcades to be increasingly similar to those in America. Our participation in ENADA has been constant right from the very first edition. ENADA Rome and ENADA Spring are two milestones for the Italian entertainment market and for many years have also been a reference point for many foreign companies. In short, we believe that ENADA is an event that must not be missed."
