Innovators in fields as diverse as fantasy sports, responsible gaming and statistical modelling are among the finalists getting ready for this year’s Pitch ICE at ICE Totally Gaming 2016 from February 2-4 in London.
The line-up, which celebrates start-ups in the gaming industry, will feature 14 hopefuls looking to follow last year’s winner Gamevy - which has recorded a 900 per cent increase in value in the ensuing 12 months.
The participants will deliver their 15-minute pitches twice at ICE Totally Gaming and attendees can vote for their favourite via the crowdfunding platform GamCrowd website, which produces Pitch ICE in partnership with Clarion Events, with the overall winner announced on the final day of ICE.

The 14 finalists for Pitch ICE 2016 are:

ReFPredictor: A unique football predictor league contest that aims to inform, engage and reward football fans.
RunLastMan: A host of group betting competitions in which individuals are pitted against each other with one definitive winner for the cash prize.
Silverfish: DigitalRG is the gambling industry’s one-stop-shop on responsible gaming and corporate social responsibility.
Algosport: A statistical modelling tool to automate the production and refinement of sports trading tools.
PlayVenture: An innovative company that is aiming to change the industry through groundbreaking gaming solutions.
FastFantasy: A next-generation daily fantasy sport platform that offers players a simplified and entertaining experience.
MikoApps: A company that seeks to gamify real money slot games by adding elements from social games and arcade skill games.
RankingHero: A gamified community platform that aims to help brands to build their tribes.
Infinity Gaming Solutions: A new concept for licensing and launching a remote gambling operation.
Techweare: Focus on next generation software development for new devices, such as smartwatches.
Riverman Poker: The “ultimate online game experience” for poker players, accessible on all platforms.
Top Flight Manager: A revitalised fantasy football concept, with exciting interactions and competition between the players at the core of the game.
