Konami has revealed their lineup for the upcoming ATEI 2008 trade show, to be held from the 22nd-24th January 2008 at Earls Court, London. Products that will be showcased on the Konami stand include Silent Hill: The Arcade, GuitarFreaks V4, DrumMania V4, and Eledees.
One of Konami's main attractions at their stand is
Silent Hill: The Arcade - a light gun shooter based upon the popular Silent Hill series. The machine is based in a deluxe 50" projection cabinet with 5.1 surround sound. A curtain surrounds the cabinet which encloses the player, blocking off the outside world.
The latest versions in the GuitarFreaks and DrumMania series will also be displayed.
GuitarFreaks V4 and
DrumMania V4 can be linked together to allow players to compete head to head and "jam" in session as part of a band. Each machine includes over 450 songs, including many new additions and updates to old songs.
Also on show will be a new skill ticket redemption game called Eledees. Based on the popular brand, players try to catch as many of the colourful characters as possible in order to earn more points and tickets.
