Konami Digital Entertainment will be launching
Dance Dance Revolution X into the European market at the upcoming ATEI show. Set for launch in Spring / Summer 2009 the game is presented in a brand new cabinet, with upgraded hardware including a new 37" widescreen LCD display.
Dance Dance Revolution X will mark the first game in the series to be officially released in Europe under the Dance Dance Revolution brand, with previous titles released under the Dancing Stage brand. The game comes loaded with over 350 music tracks, including over 60 new songs. As usual, tracks include songs from previous DDR games including both licensed and original tracks.
James Anderson, Product Planning Manager of Konami, commented that "the initial test figures have shown the machine outperformed the current products on the market, this is very encouraging since the software is not complete at this time. We anticipate the final version of the software to be even stronger".
DDR X will be on the Konami booth - stand 2140 - at ATEI 2009. For more information about ATEI 2009
