The Dawning of a New Age

Kunnick PLC- one of the UK's largest single site operators and part owners of the Bell Fruit Manufacturing company have raised money for a new industry project.

They have developed an online communication network called Midas and they are now focusing on software that can be utilised within this, rather than relying on the somewhat lack lustre crop of traditional video games.

If their aims are successful this will indeed herald a whole new chapter to the development of the video industry with games being downloaded and the traditional dedicated style of video then being largely applicable only to FECs and larger sites.

This kind of technology of downloading games is also being considered by some of the major Japanese manufacturers, we would beg to ask the question what will happen to the traditional distributor when all this comes to pass?
