More on Offer at 2006 London Show
Visitors to January's London Show, the collective ATEI (coin-op amusements) and ICE (gaming & igaming) exhibitions, will benefit from an even better and bigger experience than ever before, thanks to a number of new and significant initiatives being launched by show organisers, ATE. With the two core shows currently at or close to capacity on the entire ground floor of the Earls Court complex, more space is being made available to ATEI exhibitors and visitors on the first floor of Earls Court 1. Served by an escalator located in the middle-left of the main ATEI show floor, ATEI's Hall 2 will provide an extra 2,000sqm. (21,500sq.ft.) of exhibition space, as well as a range of new visitor facilities including extra bar and restaurant facilities, executive areas with lounge furniture, free newspapers and Sky Television, and a business lounge with information point, computer workstations offering free internet and email access.

Also on the first floor of Earls Court 1 – but linked to middle-right of the main ATEI show floor by an escalator, as well as dedicated escalators to the front foyer/main entrance – will be the inaugural staging of "The Visitor Experience Show" (VES). With over 1,000sqm. (10,750sq.ft.) of net exhibition space, VES will offer a range of products and services for operators of parks, attractions, location-based entertainment, leisure facilities and other visitor-based amenities. Supported by the British Association of Leisure Parks, Piers and Attractions, VES will provide a total exhibition area of around 5,000sqm. (53,750sq.ft.), featuring dedicated registration and cloakroom facilities, an interactive feature area, bars and an exclusive BALPPA Lounge.

With excess pressure taken off the main ATEI show floor, made possible by the vertical expansion upstairs and lateral development of VES, show organisers are now in a position to begin resolving one of the core difficulties they have faced over the last two years; namely the burgeoning queue of gaming companies waiting to take up residence in the oversubscribed ICE. ATE's head of exhibitions, Karen Cooke said, "Following some light reconfiguration of floor space, we are now in a position to offer more gaming suppliers the berth they have been looking for in London. Whilst Earls Court 2 is now packed out with leading suppliers to casinos and the ever-growing igaming sector, the left-hand and rear sections of ATEI offer potential new gaming specialists an ideal base from which to grow their future business. With all these new developments taking place, next January's show will offer in excess of 600 big name suppliers over an area of close to 30,000sqm. (322,500sq.ft.) – a mouth-watering prospect for anyone involved in amusements, gaming and themed leisure!"

ATEI, ICE and VES take place at Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London on 24-25-26 January 2006. Badges from any one exhibition will enable visitors access to all three shows. Registration for free entry badges can be made online at www.ateonline.co.uk/atei, or telephone +44 (0) 870 429 4606 to request an entry form.
