Company executives wowed the audience with impressive Internet based services including online parts ordering, online account information, and online promotional materials.

Once the order is placed, customers can specify their preferred shipping method. They will be issued a tracking number immediately. Clicking on the tracking number will link them directly to the carriers web-site, (i.e. UPS, Fed-Ex etc.) where they can see exactly when the part was shipped, when it was delivered, and who signed for it.
