The company sent a press release out to the industry to clarify any doubts current or potential customers may have.
“We undertook a process of over 3 years to gain licensee status and gain the ability to offer approved Mondelez signage, to the crane machine industry. As such we operate under licence from Mondelez,” writes Len West, Managing Director of Stacks of Snacks.
The letter addresses what both Stack of Snacks and Mondelez are contractually obliged to do in relation to this license agreement.
In light of this arrangement, Modelez has some requests:
- Only operators with a license to use Mondelez brands and the company will take any and all necessary measures to enforce their rights regarding the unauthorised use of their brands
- Any machine with their signage, only stock their products. They see the strengths of their brands, as being a major player attractor on crane machines throughout the industry
In order to help existing customers comply with the most up to date branding of their Mondelez crane machines, Stacks of Snacks has committed to helping existing customers with working cranes by offering rebranding packages.
Mondelez Branded Graphics offers through Stacks of Snacks include:

- Graphics cost $600 (GST inc) per machine.
- Available for the first 300 machines we rebrand
- $300 cash rebate
